First, the important distinction
The Tonagi app has no accounts. Everything the app keeps lives on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud — you manage and delete it inside the app and in iOS settings, and there is nothing on our side to remove.
What can be deleted here is a community-library account on this website — the optional account used only for publishing and liking.
What deletion removes
- Your profile (display name) and the sign-in email held by our authentication provider.
- Your submissions — pending, rejected and published material. Published items leave the library (removal reaches the public pages with the site's next update).
- Your likes. Aggregate like counts on items adjust accordingly.
The deletion is permanent — there is no recovery or grace period.
How to delete your account
Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". That message is enough — we don't ask why. We confirm and delete within 30 days (usually much sooner), and you'll receive a confirmation when it's done.
If you only want to remove a specific item you published, you don't need to delete the account — manage your submissions in your account.
